Song Story 5- I Will Survive

Going through a divorce is hard. It may not take a physical toll on a person, but it can be draining in other areas like your mental, emotional or maybe even spiritual health. God definitely sustained me. I had plenty of support and was able to get back on my feet in what I considered good timing. Well, let me say this, I was physically moving forward. Honestly, there was a time when I felt stuck. When God delivers from, He is also delivering to. I was not going into my "to". I was delivered physically but every other part of me was still in "Egypt". I knew God was wanting to take me somewhere and I knew He had equipped me and was providing for me. I just wasn't making any "faith moves". I had fear of failure. Well, faith can't exist where fear lives. I started quoting the scriptures I had learned to memorize over time. The scriptures that contain declarations and promises of God. I went a step further and began writing these scriptures down. This is how "Survive" came into existence.
