Learning your gifts, accepting your calling and walking in your purpose does not exempt you from the attacks of the enemy. As a matter of fact, he is even more threatened when you realize who you are in Christ. I haven't arrived. I am still learning and growing. And as I grow closer to Christ, the attacks of the enemy come stronger and more frequent. As I prayed for God to give me strength and deliver me, Holy Spirit reminded me of Luke 10:19-20. We have been given the power to thread on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy. I realized Satan is not threatened by me but by the gifts God has given me. Satan was distracting me and I was allowing him to. I had to start speaking directly to the enemy in the authority God gave me to bind and loose.
